TechSat21, Technology Satellite of the 21st century was a collaboration with U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and Georgia Tech Research Institute. The goal TechSat21 was to provideĀ a space-based radar to detect moving targets on Earth. The approach proposed included a virtual antenna array by leveraging three microsatellites to serve as a single large radar-antenna.
